Call Center- Calls come in from all service areas ( Mankato, Fairmont, Rochester, Owatonna, Le Sueur, and Lakeville). They are scheduled and job location is sent to the Jet Van's onboard Garmin along with customer information and any messages. The call center can also monitor where the Jet Vans are located and give arrival times to customers.
